Return & Refund Policy

At Vintage Coldpressed Oils, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed, we are committed to working with our customers to resolve any issues in a fair and transparent manner.

Please review our policy below for specific situations where we offer support:

1. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date by sending an email to thevintageoils@gmail.com.

To process your request, kindly include the following:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • 1 clear image of the outer shipping box

  • 2 clear images of the damaged product

  • An unboxing video showing the damage

In case of multiple-item shipments, only the affected product(s) will be replaced.

Replacement shipments typically take 7–10 working days. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and fairly.

2. Missing Products

If an item is missing from your order, please inform us within 2 days of delivery via email at thevintageoils@gmail.com.

Include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • 1 clear image of the outer box

  • 2 clear images of the opened box and contents received

  • An unboxing video showing the items inside the package

We do not process refunds for missing items, but we will be happy to resend the missing product promptly after reviewing the case.

3. Spoiled Products

If you suspect that a product has spoiled, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing thevintageoils@gmail.com.

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Date of packaging or manufacture (as mentioned on the product)

  • Clear images or a video of the product in question

Please note:

  • Variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma do not qualify as spoilage. Our oils are handcrafted using natural methods, and minor batch variations are normal.

  • No compromise is made in quality, ingredients, or nutrition. We ensure the highest standards in our cold-pressed, natural oil production.

After reviewing the case, we will replace the product if spoilage is confirmed, ensuring a fair resolution.
